At UT Physicians, Saeed built and led the enterprise operations center, deployed multi-site operational systems, and drove programs across ambulatory clinics, patient access, revenue cycle, and provider productivity — directly supporting the practice's growth into one of the largest multi-specialty physician organizations in the Greater Houston area.
Today, Saeed continues in senior healthcare operations leadership across multi-site hospital and clinic environments in Texas, alongside his consulting, advisory, and digital work through C3. He works hands-on with practice technology and applied AI — workflow automation, analytics, and AI-driven patient outreach — bringing an operator's perspective to digital tools that actually get used.
